Proof of Insurance: Automobile

As we mentioned in your RCU lending agreement, we’ll need to have a copy of your automobile insurance policy declaration page. You can obtain this from your insurer.

PLEASE NOTE: We’re unable to accept an insurance ID card as it does not contain all the required information.

Please make sure the documentation includes:

  • Evidence of current insurance coverage
  • Lender (RCU) named as lien holder or loss payee

  • Comprehensive and collision coverage (or physical damage) with deductibles not greater than $2,500.00.
